We are dedicated to providing practical resources, emotional encouragement, and opportunities for connection, helping families embrace their unique journey with love, understanding, and purpose.”
History
A Perfect Love is a charity foundation founded and established by Steven Shen, Chairman of China-US Business Summit, and supported by donations from some core members of China-US Business Summit.
A Perfect Love completed its registration procedures in California on February 1st, 2019. The English name of the organization is "A Perfect Love", while the Chinese translation of its name is "中美慈爱基金会".After that, Steven Shen successfully obtained approval from the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board of California, authorizing A
Perfect Love as a legal 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization in the United States.Passion

The Worrell family
Tracy Worrell, a sign language interpreter, and her deaf husband Tom
have three biological children who know sign language. They later
adopted four deaf children from China:- Luke (Fu Xin Hai) - Adopted at 10, initially severely delayed but now thriving in college and working at Amazon.
- Elias - Adopted at 9, graduated high school early and pursuing his dream of becoming a deaf missionary.
- Emma - Found through their 3-year-old daughter Paige's prophetic prayers. Adopted at 6, suffered brain damage from seizures but is now a creative high school student.
- Mia (Fuling) - Adopted at 14 after being rejected by another family. Now 21, working at Amazon and considering returning to China.
Despite Tracy's ongoing battle with Stage 4 breast cancer, the family remains strong. While adoption brought challenges, they consider
building their family of seven children their greatest blessing.The kirby family
Kim (52) and Tim (57) Kirby from Davenport, Florida, built their family through adoption after Kim survived Burkitt's lymphoma and B-cell
leukemia at age 16, which left her unable to have children.They adopted four children:
- Their eldest daughter (25) - Domestically adopted, now living independently.
- Their first son (18) - Domestically adopted, aspiring video game developer.
- Their second son (16) - Adopted from Lianyungang, China at age 1, born with cleft lip/palate, wants to become a chef.
- Their youngest daughter - Adopted from Tianjin, China at age 3, born premature with cleft lip/palate and pituitary dwarfism.
Despite health challenges, they maintain strong faith and believe in God's healing power, just as Kim experienced in her youth.
The Bartsch Family
The Bartsch Family Story:
Eddie (52) and Joy (51) Bartsch from Rosenberg, Texas, built their family through adoption of five children from China.- Their eldest daughter Allison, now 18, was adopted at 9 months from Zhanjiang. She's currently in college pursuing her dream of working in pediatric oncology and enjoys dancing.
- Quinn, now 16, joined the family at 10 months from Gaozhou. She hopes to become a veterinarian and pet groomer
- Sarah, now 27, was adopted at age 14 from Shantou. She has cerebral palsy and intellectual disabilities, requiring lifelong care. She finds joy in astronomy and martial arts.
- Zane, now 14, came home at age 3 from Shenzhen. Born with severe brain, skull, lung, and heart injuries, he requires
regular treatment at Texas Children's Hospital. He dreams of becoming a Nintendo game designer. - Their youngest, Malachi, now 12, was adopted at 18 months from Zhuhai the same day as Zane. While his special needs remain private, he receives regular medical treatment and excels in martial arts, working toward his black belt. He aspires to become both a lawyer and martial arts instructor.
The Bartsches describe each child as a light in their lives and feel blessed to be their parents.
